(CDSS) is a Thailand-based professional IT & software development service provider of high quality, efficiently and cost effectively business solutions to customers. Our personnel have wide-range domain expertise in the logistics, finance, retail, government IT services and secured electronic data interchange (B2G, B2B, G2G) using various technologies such as ebXML, EDI, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). OUR HISTORY
CDSS was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from software development department of Computer Data System
Co., Ltd. (CDS), a Thailand’s leading E-Business service provider specialized in Import/Export business
document exchange in Thailand such as e-Declaration, e-Invoice, e-Certificate.
With a group of highly skilled and experience in software development for various sectors of customers for
more than 10 years, we believe we can provide consistently high-end, value-added IT & software solutions to
our customers with high levels of satisfaction and go beyond expectations by bringing together technology,
talent, innovation, and the high quality standards.
As of January 2016, Computer Data System & Solution Co., Ltd. is certified for management system
which is in line with the above standard of ISO/IEC 29110:2111 for scope of
Software Project Management and Software Implementation Processes.

Our standard software development business models are time & materials and fixed prices with title to the software deliverables being assigned to the customer, the choice depending on customer’s wishes and the type of development to be performed. Alternatively, depending on the business
case, we will also consider undertaking projects on a royalty or risk share basis.
