2.1 Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, the topic and content of your message, and any documents you send us (for example a CV when applying for a job).
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and security services automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Website securely and to protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on the Website.

- Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps and Microsoft 365) — website hosting and delivery of contact-form messages to our mailbox.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — verifying that contact-form submissions come from a human. Turnstile processes limited technical data about your browser and device for this purpose.
- OpenStreetMap — the map shown on our contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address when the map is displayed.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law or by order of a competent authority.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure that the destination country or the provider has adequate data protection standards, as required by the PDPA.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with you, and generally for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or for the establishment or defence of legal claims. Job applications that do not lead to employment are kept for no longer than one year. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our service providers.
